Our mission is simple: reduce the impact that animal agriculture has on the planet, without compromising on all the best bits. With precision fermentation technology and plant-protein, we create animal-free products that are nutritious and deliciously sustainable. Our vision is to become the world’s leading animal-free meat and dairy company.

Unlocking the power of protein

We are on the cusp of launching consumer products containing our animal-free dairy proteins (which will be identical to those produced by traditional dairy cows) and the power of plants.

Our team are focused on pairing data with world-class technologies to design proteins with consumer needs at the heart of all food and product innovations.

In 2021 we launched Love BUDS, a range of meat-inspired products made from plants for the everyday consumer.

In 2022 we launched Bloom Providore, with a selection of premium meat-inspired plant proteins. Created by chefs, for chefs.
